Providing great support for our plugins is really important to us. It’s part of what you’re paying for when you buy a licence and we do our very best to deliver the kind of support which we’d like to receive ourselves.

However, it can be time consuming and ultimately we want to be spending that time building new plugins and improving existing ones (which benefits all our customers, both present and future).

So we are very happy to launch our new Support Forum – – we hope by publically answering some of the questions which we currently field by email and in comments on CodeCanyon, we can provide a resource for self-help and to which we can direct future users.
